Priene Ancient City, Priene lies in Güllübahçe at a distance of 15 kilometers (9 miles) from Söke town nearby Kusadasi, in the Aegean region of Turkey. The city was founded in the 2nd millennium BC in an unknown location nearby and then carried to its present location on the clifs around 350 BC. The visit of the archeological site requires some steep walking up after the car park, following a footpath and some steps through the Hellenistic city walls. Didyma Ancient City, Didyma (nearby Didim, in the Aegean region of Turkey) was a cult center for the city of Miletus. It is located in the present day village of Yeniköy, about 15 kilometers (10 miles) from the site of Miletus. In ancient times, these two cities were connected to each other by a sacred road that had statues located on either side of it. Medusa friezes of DidymaThe Didymaion, the temple of Apollo and its oracle at Didyma, had a considerable reputation in the ancient times. German archaeologists excavating at the site have shown that the earliest sanctuary here was built in the 8th century BC Milotus Ancient City, Miletus is located in the vicinity of Söke town, nearby Kusadasi, in the Aegean region of Turkey). The city was built on the seashore in the ancient times. The Miletus people who had founded about 90 colonies in the Mediterranean and Black Sea regions, after 650 BC, had resisted the Persian invasions in Anatolia, but they were defeated finally and the city was destroyed by the Persians in 5th century BC.

Göreme, The names given here in history Korama,Avcılar and still called Maccan by locals.This is the place where you see lots of rock cut churches with best paintings of the area. Here was used as missionary school beginning from 2 nd centuries till 12 th centuries. Goreme Open Air Museum, Featuring the most impressive of all rock-carved churches in Cappadocia. Esentepe, That s the best view you can ever see in the area.You will have a break on a hill called Esentepe where you see all the marvellous looking valleys with different shapes and the volcanoes shaped them. Uçhisar, Here is the small village which is famous with a huge castle used by Christians.There were 3 castles like this located in the area. The others are in Ortahisar and Ürgüp.

Pigeon Valley, This is the valley called Pigeon valley because of the Pigeon houses on them.Pigeons had different uses in the history.Hittites used them for communication,to send massages between the villages.. Çatalkaya, May be that s known as the most famous fairy chimneys of Cappadocia.You here stop to see conical ones with caps on top.There are two big one done small here that s why they are called there beauties by locals. Hospital Monastery, It s located almost 1 km far away from Ürgüp town. Here is the first place in the area used as hospital and health center by Christians. It s located in Hallaç Valley where you see lots of caves connected.These are very old places from 2 nd centuries.
